Title and Risk: Once we transfer products to the carrier (UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, etc.), the title and risk of loss pass to you. Customs and Seizures: * We are not liable for delays or seizures caused by customs authorities.

  • All import duties, taxes, and local fees are the buyer's responsibility.

  • If a package is confiscated or destroyed by customs due to local prohibited item laws, DefendGear is not obligated to issue a refund.
