Terms of Service
Store operator
This website and online store are operated under the DefendGear trading name ("DefendGear", "we", "us" or "our"). Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not the seller of products purchased from us.
Using the website
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the security or operation of the website, transmit malicious code, misuse another person's information or infringe intellectual-property rights.
Product information and lawful purchase
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary by device. Prices, descriptions and availability may change before an order is accepted. You are responsible for confirming before purchase that an item may lawfully be imported, possessed and used in your country, state or region. DefendGear does not provide legal advice.
Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept the order. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock, payment verification, pricing error, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions or legal and safety concerns. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item.
Payment, taxes and duties
You agree to provide accurate billing and delivery information and authorise the selected payment method for the total shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and clearance fees may be payable by the recipient unless checkout states otherwise.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Processing, delivery, customs, return and refund terms are described in our published Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Important Notice on Shipping and Local Regulations. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Website content is owned by or licensed to DefendGear and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Third-party services and links may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
