Return and Refund Policy

30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Contact info@defendgearshop.com before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions and return address in writing.

Unless an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, it must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. The registered office is not a return address unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs or video. If the claim is accepted, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as replacement, repair or refund, and we will cover reasonable return costs where required by applicable law.

Change-of-mind returns

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any original shipping charge is non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. A clearly disclosed restocking deduction of up to 20% may apply only where reasonable processing, inspection or loss-of-value costs are incurred; it does not apply to items that were defective, damaged or incorrect when supplied.

Customs and prohibited items

Customers are responsible for checking whether an item may lawfully be imported, possessed and used in their destination. If a parcel is seized, destroyed or abandoned because the customer ordered a prohibited item, failed to pay duties or failed to provide required documents, a refund may be refused to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a parcel is returned to the sender in resalable condition, any refund will be assessed under this policy.

Refunds

We will notify you after an approved return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer cancellation and statutory guarantee rights.
