Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during peak periods or where an order requires additional verification. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery options and estimates

Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for the delivery address entered. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking information is sent when available and may take 24–48 hours to begin updating after dispatch.

Fulfilment origin

Orders may be dispatched by third-party logistics providers from different locations according to stock and destination. Dispatch locations are not represented as DefendGear offices or company-owned warehouses, and the dispatch country does not change the identity of the legal seller.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping may be offered on eligible orders over USD 100 where that option is displayed at checkout. Eligibility depends on destination, product and the delivery options available at the time of purchase. The checkout price and delivery options control if they differ from a promotional banner.

International orders, duties and customs

Customers are responsible for checking local import, possession and use restrictions before ordering. Import duties, taxes and clearance fees may be payable by the recipient unless checkout states otherwise. Customs inspections and carrier delays can affect delivery. We may cancel an order if we believe shipment would be unlawful or unsafe.

Lost, damaged or delivered parcels

If tracking does not update for an extended period, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and supporting information so that we can investigate with the carrier. A carrier delivery scan does not automatically remove any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
