1. Shipping Methods

We offer shipping through UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, and local premium logistics services. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout based on availability and your location. If you require a specific carrier, please contact us at info@defendgearshop.com before placing your order.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days.

  • Handling Time: We strive to ship weekday orders (Mon–Fri) on the same day. Orders placed Friday–Sunday will ship the following Monday.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • USA Domestic (from US Warehouse): 2–8 business days via UPS/USPS.

    • UK Domestic (from UK Warehouse): 3–5 business days via Royal Mail/Local Courier.

    • International (from Global Hubs): 5–15 business days depending on the region.

3. Global Fulfillment Centers

To ensure the fastest delivery, your order will be fulfilled from our nearest available inventory:

  • USA Warehouse (California): Primary hub for North American orders.

  • UK Warehouse: Primary hub for UK and European regional orders.

  • Asian Warehouse (Hong Kong): Global fulfillment hub for international and specialty tactical gear.

4. Free Shipping Policy

We offer Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100 (Mainland U.S. only). This does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. Territories.

5. International Shipping & Customs

We support global shipping to most regions. At checkout, you may see options based on inventory location:

  • Western Warehouses (US/UK): Faster delivery for local regions.

  • Asian Warehouse (HK): Comprehensive inventory with reliable international shipping.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.

  • Customs Inspections: DefendGear is not responsible for delays or seizures caused by local customs authorities. If a package is held or returned due to customs policy, please contact us at info@defendgearshop.com to evaluate the situation.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos/videos and contact us. We will assist you in coordinating with the carrier (UPS, USPS, or Royal Mail).

  • Lost/Stolen: Once a carrier marks a package as "Delivered," our liability ends. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

7. Tracking & Status Updates

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. Depending on the warehouse location, tracking may transition between international and local carriers.
